The rules for using the Radio Tripoint website and its services.

Purpose

These terms govern the use of the www.radio-tripoint-officiel.fr website and its services, published by Radio Tripoint Officiel: see the legal notice. By using the website, you accept these terms.

Access to the website

The website is free and can be used without an account. We do our best to keep it running at all times but cannot guarantee it: it may be interrupted for maintenance or because of a fault.

Services offered

the live stream and podcasts, news, the events calendar and programmes;
forms to contact us, send us information or request an advertising offer;
Tripo, the AI guide, and the daily quiz;
paid services: publishing an event in the calendar and contributing to the radio's fundraiser.

Your contributions

When you send us content (information, an event, a message, a quiz nickname…), you confirm that it is accurate, that you have the right to share it and that it infringes no one's rights. Illegal, hateful, defamatory or misleading content, unsolicited advertising and other people's personal data without their consent are prohibited.

The team reviews what is published: it may refuse or remove content and is never obliged to publish it. By sending us content, you allow Radio Tripoint to share what is selected free of charge on its channels (website, radio, social media).

Tripo and the quiz

Tripo is an artificial intelligence assistant: its answers may contain mistakes and do not replace an official source or professional advice.

The quiz is free. The nickname you choose appears in the daily ranking: do not use your full name or any personal data. An offensive nickname may be removed. When a prize competition is held, its own rules set the conditions of entry.

Paid services

The price is shown before any payment. An event submitted for the calendar is only charged if it is accepted. Payments are processed by Stripe: Radio Tripoint never has access to your bank details. A contribution to the fundraiser is voluntary support with nothing in return, unless stated otherwise.

Intellectual property

All content on this website (texts, programmes, podcasts, images, logo) is the property of Radio Tripoint Officiel or its authors, unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited.

Liability

Information is published in good faith and checked as far as possible; if you spot a mistake, let us know and we will correct it. Radio Tripoint is not responsible for the content of third-party websites it links to, nor for any use of the website that breaches these terms.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change; the version published on this page, with the date shown at the top, is the one that applies.

Governing law and contact
