Traffic disruption due to roadworks on the L177/L178.

ORSCHOLZ – The roadworks at the L177/L178 junction are currently causing traffic disruption and additional diverted traffic in Orscholz.

According to the municipality of Mettlach, several residential streets are affected by the increased traffic. Drivers are asked to drive carefully, respect speed limits and allow more time for their journey.

As part of the works, the traffic lights are being replaced, among other things. The new traffic-responsive system is intended to improve traffic flow and increase safety in the future.

Until the works are completed, the municipality asks residents and road users for their understanding and mutual consideration.
